When do I pay my student for their work?When booking a service with ChoreHub, we collect your billing information. This information is stored and your card will be billed once the service is completed and you are 100% satisfied. You will be sent an invoice that contains your booking and payment details. Cancellation policyWe understand that situational instances occur and can cause a delay in your plans to proceed with one of our services. We do have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy that reflects the value of a student's time when cancelling on short notice. The fee for cancelling a service under 24 hours in advance is equivalent to one full hour of work compensation.
