ChoreHub's Pay Terms and Conditions

Effective February 15, 2022

Below acknowledges the ChoreHub Pay terms and Conditions  that monitor the relationship between ChoreHub and Service Employees and valued ChoreHub customers.

When a service has been completed, you may be offered the ability to receive your payment from the Consumer directly via the ChoreHub company email via invoicing. Payments will be due within 72 hours to comply with employee payroll. By participating in the ChoreHub website and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you agree that you are accepting payments from ChoreHub via invoice ro phoen request, and that ChoreHub is allowed to hold your bank account and debit card information for future payments.

ChoreHub reserves the right to approve payments or may terminate access to ChoreHub without prior notice, other than any notice required by any applicable law, and not waived herein. ChoreHub also reserves the right to cancel a payment request. You acknowledge and agree that your payments made through Apple Pay, Mastercard, Amex, Visa, ACH payments, and other payment forms are transactions between you and ChoreHub, not any third party affiliates. ChoreHub may not be used to process a payment, or otherwise transfer money between you and a Consumer, that is unrelated to the Consumer’s purchase of services from you. Failure to comply with these indications may result in suspension or termination of your access to ChoreHub web services.

You agree to release ChoreHub, its management, and employees from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) arising out of or in any way connected with a dispute related to ChoreHub. You agree that you will not involve ChoreHub in any litigation or other dispute arising out of or related to any transaction, agreement, or arrangement in connection with ChoreHub. If you decide to pursue legal action for any reason, you, the consumer, will be responsible for all attorney fees, legal costs, and other appplied fees. We strongly recommend contacting us before pursuing legal action to solve any resounding issues and assure your satisfaction.
